How do I relocate a Kontakt library?

Something you might eventually run into is having to move a sample library, whether that's part of reorganizing your sample libraries or offloading your libraries to a different hard drive.

The exact process for relocate a library depends on whether it's a Player or non-Player library.

Non-Player libraries are self-contained, so all you have to do is move the entire folder for the library to its new location, and that's all.

For libraries that license the Kontakt Player, first move the library's entire folder to its new location. Afterwards, run Native Access, and click the "Repair" label next to the library's name on the "Installed products" list. This allows you to tell Native Access where the library is now installed, and it will relay that information to Kontakt so that the library can continue to load properly from your libraries tab in Kontakt.
